Reflection on the Lessons Learned.
Basically, although this week topic which was regarding ' The Method of Creative Thinking ' is a little bit dull in my opinion but still at the same time I think that it is actually quite an interesting topic to be discussed nowadays especially since not all people nowadays really now the methods of thinking creatively. Aside from that, I also found out that the lecture notes which was being prepared by Mr. Mustafa for this week Creative Studies lecture class was rather informative and full of knowledgeable information regarding the main topic on ' The Method of Creative Thinking '. Some of the information that I have gained based on the lecture which was being delivered by Mr. Mustafa last Wednesday include the fact that there are actually two ways or two types of thinking that we could apply in our daily life in order to be creative. These method of creative thinking include the fact that we could always diverge or converge our ways of thinking in order to come out something which is new and unique to the society today. Besides that, we are also exposed more thoroughly regarding the diverging and converging thinking as well and all that I can regarding about the two types of thinking is that they do really on another. This is because converging thinking is basically a term which is coined as the opposite of the divergent thinking. This means that the converging thinking is used for the purpose of giving the correct answer to the standard questions which requires no significance qualities compared to the diverging thinking which is mainly a process which is used only to generate creative ideas by exploring the many types of possibilities. Last but not least, we are then exposed to mind mapping. Based on what I remember Mr. Mustafa have told us during the lecture was that, mind map was actually a tool which was being invented in hope to develop ideas and at the same time making brainstorming as well.
Development of Mind Map.
